CACHE-CLEARING INSTRUCTIONS
Every so often your browser gets "too full" of data (especially audio data) and it just jams things up. The webcast might stop working or the audios players stop. This means it's time to "empty your browser's cache." Below you'll find your instructions on how to do that. So look below for the browser you use, then follow the directions and things should start instantly working. If not then please reach out to customer support (support@mcleanmasterworks.com).
Firefox users:
Firefox > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content > Clear Now > OK
Click the main Firefox button in the upper-left corner of the browser window and select “Options” from the right side of the resulting drop-down menu. Choose the “Advanced” tab located on the right-hand side of the navigation bar and select the “Network” sub-tab underneath. Click the “Clear Now” button within the “Cached Web Content” section near the top, then click the OK button on the bottom-right corner of the window.
Google Chrome users:
Open settings from the upper right corner. Choose the “Clear browsing data…” tab and check the box next to “Empty the cache.” Click the button “Clear browsing data” at the bottom. Exit and re-launch the browser.
Internet Explorer users:
Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing history > Delete… Check the box directly left of “Temporary Internet files and websites files” and click the gray “Delete” button in the bottom-right corner of the window. Exit and re-launch the browser.
Safari users (Mac):
Choose Develop > Empty Caches from the upper toolbar (use Preferences to show it, if needed). Exit and re-launch the browser.
